Raymond Kramer is a former prosecutor for the U.S. Army Jag Corps, who concentrates his practice in complex business and real estate litigation in both state and federal court, including handling arbitration, mediation and appellate matters. His extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation includes foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, purchase contract disputes and broker commission disputes. Kramer also represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of complex business and financial disputes that include contract litigation, employment litigation and executive compensation disputes.
Joseph Galardi handles a variety of complex business litigation matters for plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court and arbitration. He has extensive experience with claims involving securities class actions, breach of contract, trade secret, non-compete and unfair competition matters, partnership and shareholder disputes and legal malpractice. Galardi also spearheads the firm’s work as outside counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in connection with numerous failed banks throughout Florida. He is also the current lead co-counsel for plaintiffs in a major class action lawsuit, pending in federal court, arising out of the Madoff and Stanford Ponzi schemes.
