Experience

Rob Hauser specializes in appellate work at the state and federal level.  He is one of the relatively few attorneys to be Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice.  Rob has handled appeals for both plaintiffs and defendants on a broad variety of matters, including complex business disputes and family law.

Rob also has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of business matters in state and federal court, including health care, contract, and partnership disputes.
